PRODUCT SATISFACTION GUARANTEE
Apart from the first membership order, if you are not satisfied with the products you receive, we will be able to exchange or give you a refund until the end of the month which the product was bought in. If a product was used other than its intended purpose and if a product was intentionally damaged or used incorrectly, guarantee cannot be applied.
1. UNDER WHAT CIRCUMSTANCES A PRODUCT CAN BE RETURNED?
If a product is used in accordance with the product guidelines but still needs to be returned, an investigation will be conducted to determine the reason for dissatisfaction. If there are problems with production, the person who made the order will be informed and a compensating product will be sent again.
2. WHICH PRODUCTS CAN BE RETURNED?
If a customer is not satisfied with a product although it was used in accordance with the product guidelines, the unsatisfied customer has the right to exchange the product purchased. This must be done within a month of the purchase. If a member wants to exchange a product on the grounds that it does not sell, the cargo charge for the exchange shall be paid by the member.
3. CAN A PRODUCT BOUGHT IN PREVIOUS MONTHS BE RETURNED?
We do not exchange goods bought in previous months. Products can be returned maximum in one month.
4. WHICH PRODUCTS CANNOT BE RETURNED?
Headscarves and perfumes cannot be returned.
5. CAN WE REFUND PRODUCTS WE DO NOT LIKE?
None of our products are refundable.
6. IF THE CARGO ARRIVES DAMAGED OR MISSING GOODS, WILL IT BE COMPENSATED FOR?
You must make sure that you check the package which is brought to you by the cargo company before you sign for them. If a package is damaged or ripped and if the products are damaged or missing, the package must be given back to the cargo service personnel. No package which is signed for can be returned.
