BioBellinda membership package contains; 1 general cleaning detergent, 1 grease and dirt remover, 1 clothes whitener, 1 WC- bathroom cleaner, 1 room odour, 1 perfume tester group, 2 empty apparatuses, working directory and a system guideline book. We are unable to exchange any of the products included in the membership package with other products.

Apart from its Istanbul office, BioBellinda has no other offices in other cities.

In BioBellinda, is there are no managers, you can become a member by using your company’s name. Firstly, an initial registration takes place where you will have to enter your name, surname, National Identification Number and address. Then, a 55 TL membership fee is paid after receiving a text message on your mobile phone and thus membership will be approved.

Documents needed to become a member of BioBellinda are; member information form, which will come with the membership package, needs to be filled and signed and must be sent back to BioBellinda along with a photocopy of the National Identification Card.

All orders made from BioBellinda can be directed to an address of your choice.

In BioBellinda we are unable to refund perfumes or headscarves. The reason for this is that, we do have testers for perfumes which can be tired before purchase. As for headscarves we are unable to give refunds on them as they can be seen in our system clearly. It is possible to refund any other products.

The order limit you can place with BioBellinda is maximum 220TL. Members are allowed to place a new order after making payment for first order.

If any of the products are missing in the order you made with BioBellinda, you will have to return the package with the cargo company who made the delivery and telephone the customer services and inform them of the problem. After that your package will arrive in full in maximum 4 days.
